 InfoSpace has sold its business of Directories online to Idearc by 225 million USS in cash. Idearc is a publisher of yellow pages that already were proprietor of the Superpages.com directory, with a total of 21.3 million unique users. Recently they had bought the LocalSearch.com domain and invested in AmericanTowns.com with 3.3 million USS.
