The DMOZ people in charge assure that the Directory is not dead
Although many think that free directory DMOZ (Open Directory Project) is dead, mainly after months without allowing discharges and the accusations of corruption, their people in charge think all the opposite and for that reason they have initiated this blog official. Through him, some of the AOL workers (owners of Netscape and DMOZ) try to present new improvements, to communicate better their messages to all the volunteers who participate publishing it, to recruit to many more of those than already they exist, and to gather the opinions of the users through an official channel. To date the only official site was the forum ‘ resource-zone.com‘, although the information was not updated by its people in charge, but by the publishers.
